Waste and Water Management For Food Processors

Water is an essential part of your food processing operation. Handling and reusing that water is expensive and difficult.

Byproducts created during processing are cumbersome and difficult to handle. Often these byproducts are saturated with water.

Figure 8 Environmental can design systems to help you reuse that water or treat it so it can be used for irrigation. We can design systems to help you condense your byproducts to improve ease of handling.

What we can do:

Recycle process water by removing sediment, constituents, bacteria, and nutrients.

Remove excessive constituents from effluent process water to improve water quality for use in irrigation

Solidify byproduct waste for ease of disposal or repurposing

Purchase byproducts for increased profitability to your operation
